When will the Conference take place and where is it located?
The Annual Conference 2025, will take place on Monday 27 October - Wednesday 29 October 2025. It will be held at the Grand Hyatt, Melbourne, Victoria, located at 123 Collins Street, Melbourne.
How can I register? What are the registration rates?
Early Bird Registration is available from Late-May to 18 August 2025. Standard rates will apply from 19 August 2025 to Monday 20 October 2025. Please visit the registration page or deadlines, rates, and other registration information.
Am I eligible for the member rate?
All current financial members are eligible for member rates. If you have a question about your membership status, please email the Membership Team on info@engagementinstitute.org.au to enquire, or call 1300 ENGAGE (1300 436 424) or NZ: 0800 ENGAGE (0800 436 424).
I only want to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?
Yes, one-day conference registration is available. Please note that your registration is valid only for sessions and events on that day and badges will be actively checked throughout the conference to ensure that participants have registered properly. One-Day Registration will not include access to the Welcome Reception or the Core Value Awards Gala Dinner.
How can I submit a session idea or topic for the programme?

What support is available for accessibility needs and additional requests?
I just want to attend one session. Is that possible to do without registering for the conference?
Individuals wanting to participate in one session must register for a one-day pass for that day; IAP2 Australasia (Trading as Engagement Institute) does not allow unregistered attendees to come to sessions or other conference events.
