This unique retreat is designed for senior leaders who are committed to advancing the practice of community and stakeholder engagement.  With capped attendance numbers, this retreat offers a unique opportunity for a select group of leaders to come together, share their experiences and insights, and learn from one another in the picturesque setting of Hobart.  As senior leaders, you are constantly faced with new challenges and opportunities, and it can be challenging to find the time and space to think deeply about the issues that matter most.  This is a rare opportunity to gather in an intimate, focused group setting, dedicated to deliberating on issues impacting our practice and to address the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

At the heart of The Engagement Leap lies a commitment to empowering senior leaders. Beyond developing and implementing effective engagement strategies, we invite you to ponder the critical question: "How can we advance engagement into the future?"

Yet, this retreat is not just about professional growth; it's an opportunity to pause, reconnect with yourself, and indulge in Hobart's cultural richness. Whether strolling the picturesque waterfront or exploring the Aboriginal land at piyura kitina with expert guides, this experience is designed to be both memorable and inspiring.

Register today and become part of a dynamic and engaged community of senior leaders dedicated to advancing the practice of community and stakeholder engagement in Australasia and beyond.  We look forward to welcoming you to The Engagement Leap. Together, let's make this leap year a leap towards a brighter, more engaged tomorrow!
