When will the Conference take place and where is it located?
The IAP2 Australasia Conference 2024, will take place on Monday 2 September - Wednesday 4 September. It will be held at the Hyatt Regency Sydney, located at 161 Sussex Street, Sydney, New South Wales.
How can I register? What are the registration rates?
Early Bird Registration is available from Mid-May to 14 July 2024. Standard rates will apply from 15 July 2024 to 3 September 2024. Please visit the registration page or deadlines, rates, and other registration information.
Am I eligible for the member rate?
All current financial members are eligible for member rates. If you have a question about your membership status, please email the Membership Team on info@iap2.org.au to enquire, or call 1300 ENGAGE (1300 436 424) or NZ: 0800 ENGAGE (0800 436 424).
I only want to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?
Yes, one-day conference registration is available. Please note that your registration is valid only for sessions and events on that day and badges will be actively checked throughout the conference to ensure that participants have registered properly. One-Day Registration will not include access to the Welcome Reception or the Core Value Awards Gala Dinner.

What services are available for special needs and requests?
IAP2 Australasia encourages persons with disabilities to participate in their programs and activities. Please ensure you advise of any special and/or accessibility requirements upon registering, or contact events@iap2.org.au If you have dietary preferences, please be sure to mark those on the space provided on the registration form when you register.
I just want to attend one session. Is that possible to do without registering for the conference?
Individuals wanting to participate in one session must register for a one-day pass for that day; IAP2 Australasia does not allow unregistered attendees to come to sessions or other conference events.
