By registering for the NZ Symposium, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event management purposes, including registration, communications, and sharing with event partners and sponsors where applicable. IAP2A respects your privacy and will not share your data for marketing without your explicit consent.

As part of the event, a delegate list will be provided to sponsors, which will include your name, position, and organisation (but not contact details). These details will also be shared on the event app, where you will receive login details ahead of the event to adjust your profile and set sharing preferences.

Your data will be retained for the duration of the event and for future event communications.
