Lucy Holder – Engagement & Research at AusNet Services
Lucy has been with AusNet for 3.5 years, and her team leads the business’ customer research and engagement activities for its electricity and gas networks. She and her team spend their time working to understand what customers need and want, and helping AusNet develop and deliver plans that are aligned to these needs, including but not limited to regulated planning processes (“price reviews”). The team’s engagement is largely at the upper end of the IAP2 spectrum, and primarily with customer advocates, end customers, professional stakeholders and across all levels of government. Prior to joining AusNet, Lucy worked for 7 years as a consultant on projects spanning stakeholder research, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, performance monitoring and communication. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
